  •  Do a light aerobic activity. One of the aerobic activities that people love to do is to walk. Do you know that walking will help you rewire your brain so that you can feel better? This allows you to clear your mind and actually make plans and decisions that will be vital for your well-being.
  •  Try to organize your items. You may think that this is stressful but the relief that you will get when you know where your things are will surely be very helpful for you. You will also realize that concentrating on your chores can be an amazing stress reliever.
