  •  Remember to change your toothbrush every few months or so. Your toothbrush will start to become ineffective after using it for months. Toothbrushes are also known to hold a lot of bacteria which means that you may be putting your teeth at risk more than cleaning it when your toothbrush is more than three months old.
  •  Regularly visit your dentist. It is important that you will maintain your regular dental cleanings because your dentist may uncover some minor issues that can easily be resolved before they become serious. Your dentist will inform you how often you should get your teeth cleaned.
  •  The food that you eat will also make a lot of difference with how healthy your teeth are going to be. Even if you would blush and floss regularly, your teeth will still get affected by the food that you eat. Some would stain your teeth and some would just make your teeth develop and harbor more cavities.
